The way we collect and use your information
You can sign in to the QR-Patrol web application for demo use, located at https://followmystaff.com without providing any personal information. To start using QR-Patrol web application you shall be required to register and provide some personal information.
The information that QR-Patrol collects about you can be classified as Personal Information and Anonymous Information. Personal Information refers to information that identifies you as a person, for example, your name, postal address, phone number, email address, payment details. Anonymous Information refers to information that does not identify a specific individual.
Personal Information
We collect your email address when you register in PLM QR-Patrol website (https://qrpatrol.plm-group.co.uk).
Το buy one of our paid plans in PLM QR-Patrol shop we collect information such as your name, postal and billing address, phone number and other billing information (VAT / Tax ID) for invoicing.
If you subscribe to one of the paid service plans and register in the QR-Patrol cloud-based application (https://followmystaff.com), we collect information such as your email, timezone, name, mobile number, address and email address, IP and GPS location.
We may use your Personal Information to respond to an email or other inquiry or request, to help improve the Service, to customize your experience at the Websites or to send updates or notices about the Service.
